After a year in mercosur area Ulrich Königswieser started out his career as trainer and consultant in a large international consulting group: Ernst & Young. Over several years, he then provided consulting services to trade/ industry, banks and non-profit organisations. Today, he is project leader at Königswieser & Network. He focuses on the facilitation of processes of change, strategy, merger processes, development of corporate culture, leadership development, conflict management.
