After a year in mercosur area Ulrich Königswieser started out his career as trainer and consultant in a large international consulting group: Ernst & Young. Over several years, he then provided consulting services to trade/ industry, banks and non-profit organisations. Today, he is project leader at Königswieser & Network. He focuses on the facilitation of processes of change, strategy, merger processes, development of corporate culture, leadership development, conflict management. Management training seminars on leadership, conflict management, communication, facilitation, change management, project management.
