Upon completion of his comprehensive studies, Lars Burmeister held managerial positions in a financial services company. For some years now, he has been in charge of human resource management and development. His duties include advising the Board of Directors and executives in all matters relating to human resources management, organisational development, assistance with processes of change, and implementation of large events. Having assisted with a large number of projects, he can draw upon his expertise in the areas of organisational development, change management and strategic processes.
