The different situations described briefly below are intended to illustrate the thoughts behind our formula "Vision + X = Energy.

Peter S. is dedicated to his work in a publishing house and works enthusiastically
for far more than the required 40 hours a week. Together with his wife and a friend, he plans to open his own small, but exclusive publishing house. He keeps this image of the future firmly in his mind at all times.

A group in a company is more than willing to take on the responsibility it has assumed to drive a sensational innovation project forward. After all, it was the members of the group themselves who came up with the challenging concept to develop "the greatest machine ever made“. They now have to turn their idea into reality – driven and motivated by the thought of the quantum leap the product launch will be for the whole company.
